Routina Terms of Use

Last updated: May 29, 2026

1. License to use

Routina grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the app or any part of it. This license is effective while you use the app and will terminate automatically if you breach these terms.

2. Service "as is"

Routina is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, operate without interruption, or be compatible with all devices or operating system versions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter into the app, including habits, logs, and preferences. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must use the app in accordance with applicable law and not for unlawful or harmful purposes.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of Routina shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption — arising from the use or inability to use the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the incident.

5. Health data is informational — not medical advice

Routina may display health metrics such as steps, sleep hours, physical activity, or water intake read from Apple HealthKit or Android Health Connect. All health information presented in the app is strictly informational and intended for personal tracking purposes. Routina is not a medical device or health service, and no information provided by the app constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions related to your health.

6. Termination

You may stop using Routina at any time. If you wish to delete your account and all your data, you can do so from Settings → Account → Delete account. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access to the app if you breach these terms or if required by law, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.
